Annem Beyin Kanaması geçirdi . Mom had a Brain Hemorrhage

bugün 23 Ağustos 2023 sabahı ve annemin beyin anevrizmasından kaynaklanan beyin ameliyatı geçirmesinden üzerinden yaklaşık 3 ay 20 gün geçti

  03 Mayıs akşamı annem elini yüzünü yıkamaya gittiğinde evde babam ve yengem bulunuyordu ve o sırada yemek hazirliyorlarken bı anda annemin yardım seslerini duymuşlar. (banyoya girdiğinden yaklaşık 15 dk sonra)

 Hemen banyonun kapısının önüne düştüğü için çıkarmamışlar.

Yaklaşık 10 dk kadar uğraştıktan sonra 1 kişi daha çağırarak annemi bulunduğu yerden çıkarmışlar.

 Olayın heyecanıyla ambulansin numarasını bile hatirlayamamislar çünkü annemin gözleri hiç normal bakmiyormus sürekli ensesine yumruk atıyormuş. 

 Nefes alamıyorum diye bagiriyormus.

İlk aradıkları kişi abim olmuş ve abimde hemen ambulans aramış.

Ambulans (3 dk içinde, evimizin yakınlarında beklerdi genelde) eve gelmiş.

Ardından annem en yakın hastaneye götürüldü.

Yapılan tetkikler sonucunda annemin mevcutta bulunan 2 beyin anevrizmasından dolayı bir kanaması olmuş (yüksek tansiyon sebebli)

Gece 1 de birisi kapalı diğeri açık sırasıyla 2 ameliyata girdi.

 Ve her iki ameliyatıda çok güzel geçti.

Ameliyat bittiğinde saat sabah 9 u gösteriyordu.

Biz yoğun bakım ünitesinde annemi 5 dk ziyarete gittik ve bu 5 dk da annemi uyandirmislar ve bilinci açıktı.

Doktor ile görüştük herşey çok güzel normalde hastamız yolda hayatını kaybedecek kadar bir kanaması vardı ama şuan durumu iyi (hatta annem bizimle konuşuyor ve herşeyi hatırlıyordu. Hareket edebiliyordu) Tek korkumuz var oda VAZOSPAZM dedi.

Bu kelimeyi hiç duymamıştım.

VAZOSPAZM'ı hızlı birsekilde araştırmaya başladım ve beynin içine dolan kanın pıhtılaşma yapıp. Damarları daraltmasiymis o yüzden ilk 21 gün çok önemli dediler sürekli yüksek kan basıncı vericeklerini söylediler.

 VAZOSPAZM yaşamanın pik noktası 7-11 gün olduğunu söylediler.

 Ve malesef 11. Günde annem VAZOSPAZM'ı yaşadı 😔

Ve herşey agirlasarak kötüleşti.

İlk başta geceleri bilinç kaybı yaşadı 

Sonra hareketsiz kaldı 

Bu süreçte 21. Güne kadar sürekli hastayı kaybetmemek icin sürekli yüksek kan basınç ve anjiyo yapıldı.

Annem 21. Günden sonra hayata tutundu ama artık hareket edemiyor konuşamıyordu.

Sadece açarsa gözlerini acabiliyordu.

Doktorumuz bize artık annenizi ay ay gelişimini takip edilecek çünkü bu süreç sonrası çok ağır ilerler dedi.

Annem ilk ay sadece gözlerini açtı ve bizim yardimimiz ile.

2. Ay gözlerini açtı ayaklarını kendine çekti.

3. Ay ellerini çekip ayaklarını oynatıp çok az kafasını oynattı.

Şuan bilinç olarak 10/15 durumda değerlendirmeyi 15 üzerinden yapıyorlar.

Bizleri taniyabiliyor ve bize her zaman olmasada gözleriyle cevap veriyor. Ama ellerini hala çok oynatamiyor.

Sürekli masaj yapıyoruz sırtındaki yaralar ve boğazındaki hava yüzünden fizik tedavi baslamadi.(ciğerleri yeterince nefes almadigindan hava taktılar. Olabiliyormuş)

  On the evening of May 03, when my mother went to wash her hands and face, my father and aunt were at home, and while they were preparing food at that time, they suddenly heard my mother's cries for help. (about 15 minutes after entering the bathroom)

 They didn't take him out because he fell right in front of the bathroom door.

After about 10 minutes of trying, they called 1 more person and took my mother out of the place where she was.

 In the excitement of the event, they couldn't even remember the ambulance number because my mother's eyes never looked normal, she was constantly punching her neck. 

 He was screaming that he couldn't breathe.

The first person they called was my brother and my brother immediately called an ambulance.

The ambulance (usually within 3 minutes, it was waiting near our house) came home.

Then my mother was taken to the nearest hospital.

As a result of the examinations, my mother had a hemorrhage due to 2 existing brain aneurysms (caused by high blood pressure)

At 1 o'clock at night, he entered 2 surgeries, one closed and the other open respectively.

 And both surgeries went very well.

When the operation was over, it was 9 o'clock in the morning.

We went to visit my mother in the intensive care unit for 5 minutes, and during this 5 minutes they woke up my mother and she was conscious.

We met with the doctor everything is very nice normally our patient had enough bleeding to lose his life on the way, but now he's fine (even my mother was talking to us and remembering everything. He could move) We have only one fear, the room said VASOSPASM.

I've never heard of that word.

I started researching VASOSPASM quickly, and the blood that gets into the brain makes a clot. It didn't constrict the vessels, so they said the first 21 days were very important, they said they would give constant high blood pressure.

 They said that the peak point of experiencing VASOSPASM is 7-11 days.

 And unfortunately 11. On the day my mother experienced VASOSPASM 😔

And everything got worse and worse.

At first he suffered blackouts at night 

Then he remained motionless 

21 In the process. Constant high blood pressure and angiography were performed to avoid losing the patient constantly until the day.

My mother is 21. Day after day, he clung to life, but he could no longer move or speak.

He could only open his eyes if he opened them.

Our doctor told us that now your mother's development will be monitored month by month because this process progresses very slowly after.

My mother only opened her eyes for the first month and with our help.

At the moment, they are consciously making the evaluation out of 15 in a 10/15 situation.

He can recognize us and responds to us with his eyes, although not always. But he still can't move his hands very much.

We're doing massages all the time, and physical therapy didn't start because of the sores on his back and the air in his throat.(they put air in because their lungs weren't breathing enough. It could be)
